UKPMHN meeting London July 8th
“Connecting, Reflecting, and Sustaining Commitment”
Please join us for a day of discussion and debate with colleagues and activists from Palestine and the UK. Highlights include:
- a live link-up with clinicians in Gaza, on the day Gazans commemorate the third anniversary of the last Israeli attack
- feedback from mental health workers recently returned from Palestine, with news of a further tour for those with an interest in mental health and social work planned for 2018
- a conversation between Tamara Ben-Halim (1) and Haim Bresheeth (2), discussing the nature of Israel’s occupation, and the state of the international struggle for the democratization of Palestine/Israel

Central London Location to be confirmed shortly.
We shall ask for a contribution of £15 per person to cover costs.
We shall also collect money to make an immediate contribution from the meeting to support Defence of the Child International, and its work supporting the children of Hebron. (see http://www.dci-palestine.org/)
Tea and coffee, biscuits etc provided. Bring something for lunch, or purchase nearby.
